Returns policy

In the very unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase, then return it unworn and unwashed and with all the original labels & tags attached and we will be happy to process an exchange or refund. The request to return or exchange your item must be made within 14 days of you receiving it.

Unfortunately if you have worn or washed your item we will not be unable to accept any returns.

If you wish to return your product for any reason and it has not been worn, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@lynlan.com and provide the following details;

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Action required (exchange / refund)

All returns will be acknowledged by email and refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Please note we do not refund the cost of the original shipping on any returned items unless the item is damaged, faulty or unless you have received the incorrect item against your confirmed order.

We are not able to cover the cost of return postage for returned items.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on Custom orders which have been made especially for you in the style, fabric and sizing you have selected.
